Mark is a co-founder of Dream VC (www.dream-vc.com), an African-focused investor accelerator, VC institute and venture advisory providing rigorous programmes helping professionals across the African continent and among interested foreigners, to break into the African Venture Capital industry. Since 2021, Dream VC has trained over 170 fellows, who have joined top VC Funds and launched new initiatives across Africa.  Outside Dream VC, Mark is a Board Advisor for 8+ Early Stage Startups, an award-winning African Startup Mentor, having helped startups raise upwards of $12m in VC funding; and a Fund Advisor for several VC funds.

Since 2017, Mark has worked with multiple VC funds; supported over 20 startups and has mentored upwards of 620 founders in African Markets. In the same time, he has successfully coached over 200 new investors, who have gone to join Tier 1 and Tier 2 VC & PE funds across the US, UK, Europe & African Markets.
